This blog is for all of the fisherman who don't have access to a boat and fish from land for walleye.
In the past two years of fishing I only caught one legal walleye from land I believe it was mainly because didn't know where to go and when to go there. Now, I may have a start to a system that will work for me in years to come. I know now that walleye run upstream in rivers and streams to spawn in mid march through mid april and a good number of walleye can be caught during that time.
Every year I will be able to fish from land and catch walleye during that time. After the spawning run I'm a bit lost.
